NESA Embraces New Leadership in Examination Department
Amid a gathering of esteemed personnel, Mr. Kanamugire Camille, who had been acting as the department's head, formally passed the baton to Mr. Nzeyimana Jean Claude.
In an event that underscored a pivotal shift in leadership, the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) welcomed Mr. Nzeyimana Jean Claude as the new head of the Basic Education and TVET Examinations Department. The ceremonial handover, under the oversight of NESA's Director General, Dr. Bernard Bahati, unfolded on November 6, 2023.

The Director General of NESA Dr. Bahati seized the moment to express deep gratitude for the outstanding contributions of Mr. Kanamugire Camille to NESA.
" Mr. Camille's unwavering dedication has been instrumental in propelling the institution toward its pursuit of excellence in education and examination services." He stated.
In his address, Dr. Bahati extended encouragement to the newly appointed department head, Mr. Nzeyimana Jean Claude. He emphasized the significance of upholding NESA's commitment to excellence, highlighting the importance of focusing on the Comprehensive Assessment Management Information System (CAMIS) and the delivery of high-quality services.

During his speech, the newly appointed head of the examination department, Mr. Jean Claude, stated his intent to leverage his ICT and data skills to fulfill his responsibilities.
" I love data and ICT. I am eager to contribute to NESA's mission by leveraging technological tools and data management for the betterment of examination services," said Mr. Nzeyimana Jean Claude.
Additionally, Mr. Kanamugire Camille pledged full cooperation with the newly appointed head to advance and implement the department's mission and objectives.

"I am committed to working closely with Mr. Nzeyimana Jean Claude to propel our shared vision forward," remarked Mr. Kanamugire Camille.
