Philbert MBABAZI: I'm Philbert MBABAZI, a dedicated engineer with a Bachelor's degree Qualifications  in Bsc  engineering with horns in building and construction technology

I have extensive experience in both the practical and academic aspects of the field. I've had the privilege of teaching at a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) school, where I helped shape the next generation of professionals. Currently, I work at NESA (National Examination and School Inspection Authority) in the School Infrastructure Norms and Standards Unit as an engineer focusing on standards and guidelines for quality infrastructure.
